IPod has already contributed significantly to my sanity

Its Saturday. Outside, the sun is shining. The Ottawa Tulip Festival is on. People are jogging along the Canal. There is the smell of spring in the air and everyone is smiling. The patios are full of happy folks drinking coffee.

Or at least this is what I imagine is going on there…

Because right now I am at work…editing 1500 pages of gobbledy-gook filled with undefined acronyms, inconsistent use of numbers in text and ridiculous punctuation.

Somehow the combination of Patricia the Stripper and White Stripes is keeping me from completely losing my sense of humour.

That and the fact that defence departments really do turn EVERYTHING into an acronym.

My goal for today – get out of here by 2:30 so I can get in some balcony spinning before the day is over…

Cross fingers for me!

My thoughts are SO with you – hope you’re home and spinning earlier than 2:30! Good Luck!
